The Collegiate Sports Medicine Foundation is dedicated to understanding the health care of the collegiate student athlete as well as the university health care professional.  If you have an idea or a question you would like to see addressed contact Brian Anderson at banderson@cmsfoundaiton.org.

The below surveys are completly anaomous, thus no names will be released in the results.   It is inportant from time to time to understand the classificiation of the institution submitting information.
